Tom Matson Dodge - Worst customer service ever
We totally got the run around. They promised us our payment would be one thing and then when we finally got to the finance guy he had us sign and then said we will do our best to get you this price and rate.
We did not find out for 5 days that our rate and payment went up.
We do not like doing business this way.
The sales people were pissed that we did not remember who we first talked to.
Just a terrible experience. We feel that when you purchase a new car and pay top dollar, you should walk out knowing what your payment is.
